I use the unscented and lavender lotion for my 7yo and 10yo old children. I have them put a pea-sized amount on the back of their legs right before bed and it has really helped them with their sleep. They can’t stand the lavender-scented one (it is pretty strong), but they will remind me to give them both lotions just because they notice the difference so positively.
