I purchased this lotion because of the charley horses I experience at night in my calf muscles, they often cramp and tighten up when I stretch. I have been using the lotion for a few weeks now and have had only one episode, so it is definitely working.
I like to use all-natural ingredient products and I really like that this is one is odorless. The consistency of the lotion is cream-like. I think it would be awesome in a stick form applicator.

I have had sharp pain in my eyes almost every night while sleeping for the last 10 years caused by a tooth infection, which resulted in a tooth implant. The implant got the infection mostly under control, but the sharp pain is still there most nights. I don’t sleep very well, waking every 2 hours. After putting this on my shoulders for just one night, my sharp pain in the eyes is now a dull pressure. I was so used the pain, my body thought this was what sleep was like, so I had to retrain myself to sleep without the sharp pain. I was obviously low on Magnesium because I don’t get enough fresh greens. I eat mostly cooked vegetables.
