Directions

I love the new lotion. It really does go on easily and is quickly absorbed so it doesn’t get all over my sheets. Before I go to bed I put it on my legs and it has stopped my leg cramps which I used to get in the middle of the night. I have also tried the sleep formula and I apply it to the soles of my feet and it helps me sleep well through the night.
